Accident on National Highway Mohit Upendra, Abhishek son Dinesh and Anshu son Rajendra Tiwari, resident of PAC 28 Battalion Gate, Etawah, were going to Kolkata by car. The car fell into the canal in the Saini Kotwali area on the National Highway in Kaushambi. Three people in the car were injured in the accident.
Prayagraj, Jn. A road accident took place in Kaushambi district of UP on Sunday night. Near Ghulamipur in Saini Kotwali area, a car overturned in a canal on the side of the road. Three people sitting in the car were injured in the accident. He showed courage and called on dial 112. In no time the police reached there. In the meantime, some villagers also woke up and reached there. Police with the help of local villagers rescued the injured people trapped in the car which fell in the canal. He was admitted to the district hospital by 108 ambulance for treatment.
Car riders were going from Etawah to Kolkata
Mohit, Upendra, Abhishek son Dinesh and Anshu son Rajendra Tiwari, residents of PAC 28 Battalion Gate of Etawah, were going to Kolkata by car. The car was running on the National Highway in Kaushambi district on Sunday night. The car suddenly became uncontrollable near the turn of Ghulamipur and Kesaria villages of Saini Kotwali area. The driver probably did not anticipate the turn in the dark of night. Uncontrollably, the car overturned in the canal on the side of the road.
Only the injured had informed the police
After the accident, the people trapped in the car called on dial 112 and informed the police about the accident. The police reached the spot and started the rescue work along with the villagers. All the injured were admitted to the district hospital Manjhanpur for treatment. The Saini police got the car stuck in the canal out on Monday and informed the family members of the injured about the matter.
