West Bengal remains the center of the country’s political upheaval. Farmer leader Rakesh Tikait is also going to Bengal today amid the West Bengal assembly elections. He will hold a mahapanchayat in Kolkata and Nandigram today. Rakesh Tikait will attend the Mahapanchayat in Kolkata at 11 am and will address the public meeting at Nandigram at 4 pm. On behalf of the Samyukta Kisan Morcha, several farmer leaders, including the spokesperson of the Bharatiya Kisan Union, Rakesh Tikait, are uniting the farmers against the agricultural laws in different parts of the country.
Just before the Bengal assembly elections, Rakesh Tikait on his visit to Bengal says that he is going to Bengal because all the leaders are going to Bengal. Speaking to India Today, he said, ‘All the leaders are going to Bengal, so we are going too. May be we can get a government of Delhi too.
Rakesh Tikait further said, ‘The leaders are going there, someone comes and goes and will bump into us. Will bring them here to Delhi Chalo Bhai. The farmer is sitting there, how did you get ahead. ‘ Rakesh Tikait also expressed his opinion on the alleged attack on West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee and said that on one hand they are campaigning to teach girls, celebrating Women’s Day and on the other hand a woman who is holding a front, by injuring her Got him admitted to the hospital.
Let us tell you that Mamta Banerjee has been discharged from the hospital and it is being said that she will campaign her election in a wheelchair. Rakesh Tikait has expressed sympathy to him. This farmers’ movement has been going on since November 2020 and now it has been more than 100 days. The government has clearly refused to withdraw the agricultural laws, but the farmers say that until the three agricultural laws are withdrawn and no law is made on the MSP, they will not go back to their homes.
