The company says that Invesco’s notice is invalid. Let us tell you, Invesco wants changes in the board of ZEEL, for this it has also proposed 6 names.
But, till now no concrete reason has been given for this. At the same time, the shareholders have not been sure as to whom the management will hand over. Invesco is under question due to lack of transparency in the entire matter. At the same time, now applying for NCLT on behalf of ZEE can complicate the matter for Invesco.

In a statement issued by ZEEL spokesperson, it has been said that ‘The company has moved the National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) as per due process under law.
The company has also filed a suit in the Bombay High Court in the matter. The company says that the demand notice sent by Invesco Developing Markets Fund and OFI Global China Fund LLC is not valid or invalid.
The Company has full faith in the Indian judicial system and will take all necessary steps in the best interest of all its shareholders.
